The HSJ Digital Awards celebrate organisations that are transforming healthcare through innovation. This year saw a record-breaking 432 entries, with 205 projects making the shortlist, each demonstrating a remarkable impact on digital health.

At Suvera, we believe that digital-first healthcare solutions can drive meaningful change, and our Lewisham project is a prime example of this. By harnessing virtual and proactive care models, we have significantly improved hypertension management for patients in the Core20PLUS5 population, helping to close the gap in health inequalities.

Our work in Lewisham, an area facing high deprivation and low hypertension target achievement, has led to real, measurable improvements:

• 10.3 mmHg average systolic BP reduction
• 77% achievement in hypertension targets 
•  £970,000 in projected healthcare system savings
